Senior Principal - Salesforce Market Solutions
As a Senior Principal in our Salesforce Practice, you’ll sit at the intersection of technical solutioning and solution sales. You’ll use your deep Salesforce and architecture background to shape compelling, outcome‑led solutions, with a particular emphasis on Public Sector, while supporting Market Solutions Directors and account teams on our most strategic opportunities. This is a billable, client‑facing role focused on solution strategy, pre‑sales support, and reusable assets rather than owning pursuits, P&L, or large delivery teams.
What You Will Do
- Be the Salesforce solution and architecture expert on high‑value opportunities and engagements, especially in Public Sector.
- Shape market‑ready Salesforce offerings and reference architectures for key use cases (e.g., case management, licensing/permits, grants, citizen services).
- Support sales by contributing to discovery sessions, solution workshops, demos, executive briefings, and RFP/RFI responses from a Salesforce perspective.
- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into feasible, scalable Salesforce solution designs and provide light oversight to keep delivery aligned to the vision.
- Develop reusable assets (accelerators, templates, playbooks, POVs) and coach consultants and pre‑sales teams to improve solution quality and storytelling.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with a strong technical or solution architecture background.
- Proven experience designing and/or selling Salesforce solutions, ideally in Public Sector or similarly regulated environments.
- Deep knowledge of core Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform) and familiarity with Public Sector–relevant capabilities (e.g., Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio).
- Strong pre‑sales skills: workshops, demos, and senior‑level presentations, plus the ability to explain options and trade‑offs in business terms.
- Excellent consulting, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and support cross‑capability, outcome‑led Salesforce deals.
