Who You’ll Work With
Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. From strategy through delivery, our agile teams across 52 offices in 12 countries collaborate with clients to bring powerful customer experiences, innovative ways of working, and new products and services to life. We are trusted by leaders across the Global 1000, many successful enterprise and mid-market companies, and 500+ public sector organizations to improve operations, drive growth, and create value.
In the Integrated Solutioning Lead role, you’ll work with Northern California senior leadership, industry client partners, sales executives, market capability go-to-market leaders, client delivery leaders, and specialized solution teams to support Slalom’s most complex client solutioning and delivery work. We are hiring for both a Director and Sr. Director-level Integrated Solutioning Lead, with scope and expectations aligned to experience and leadership track record. You will serve as a connective leader across domains and functions, helping teams interpret client business problems, understand how solution offerings overlap, and design integrated, outcome-oriented solutions that create measurable value.
What You’ll Do
- Lead integrated solutioning for complex client problems: Serve as a solutioning lead across strategic pursuits and priority client opportunities, translating ambiguous business challenges into cohesive, multi-capability solutions that connect strategy, technology, operations, data, AI, experience, and delivery.
- Serve as an accountable solution leader: Act as an accountable executive, pursuit lead, sales solution lead, or solution steward for complex, multi-capability client opportunities, helping teams shape solutions that align to client outcomes and Slalom’s pursuit and delivery standards.
- Interpret and connect Slalom’s solution offerings: Understand Slalom’s capabilities, offerings, accelerators, and domain expertise well enough to identify where they overlap, where they complement one another, and how they should come together to solve a client’s highest-value business problem.
- Shape business-outcome-driven solutions: Partner with client leaders and internal teams to define the “golden thread” from executive priorities to business outcomes, solution components, delivery approach, value realization, and measurable impact.
- Embed pursuit and delivery excellence: Ensure integrated solutions are developed in alignment with Slalom’s Pursuit Excellence expectations and transitioned into delivery with clear solution intent, quality expectations, and measurable business outcomes.
- Build trusted client relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders by helping them clarify business priorities, evaluate solution options, and connect Slalom’s capabilities to long-term value creation.
- Mobilize cross-functional teams: Bring together the right mix of Slalom capabilities, industry perspectives, alliance partners, and delivery expertise to create integrated solutions that are practical, scalable, and grounded in how clients actually operate.
- Navigate ambiguity and drive alignment: Facilitate working sessions with internal and client stakeholders to create clarity, resolve competing priorities, and align teams around a shared problem statement, solution direction, and path to value.
- Contribute to market planning and growth: Bring forward client, industry, and solutioning insights to support account planning, business reviews, growth priorities, and the continued maturity of integrated solutioning practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Multi-disciplinary consulting leadership: 10+ years of experience in consulting, solution leadership, transformation, delivery, or business development, with demonstrated ability to work across multiple domains, capabilities, and functional areas.
- Integrated solution design experience: Proven ability to translate complex business problems into integrated solutions that connect strategy, technology, data, AI, cloud, customer experience, operating model, and/or industry-specific capabilities.
- Strong business problem interpretation: Ability to look beyond a stated request, identify the underlying client need, frame the right problem to solve, and guide teams toward solutions that are tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Executive presence and facilitation: Skilled at engaging senior client and internal stakeholders, leading ambiguous conversations, aligning competing perspectives, and communicating complex solution concepts clearly and credibly.
- Pursuit and delivery fluency: Experience supporting large or complex pursuits, proposals, SOW development, solution reviews, and delivery mobilization, with an understanding of how early solution decisions affect downstream execution.
- Organizational navigation and team orchestration: Ability to mobilize the right experts, connect across capability and industry teams, and build trust with stakeholders who bring different perspectives, priorities, and delivery models.
- Coaching and mentoring: Experience leading cross-functional teams and coaching others on integrated solutioning, pursuit quality, delivery readiness, and executive-level client communication.
- Adaptive, outcome-oriented mindset: Comfortable working without a script, using structured methods where helpful while tailoring the approach to each client context, opportunity, and business problem.
