The individual in this role will serve Slalom’s clients as a trusted transformation sales leader, originating and shaping complex, integrated product, platform, and experience‑led solutions. This role operates across industries, accounts, differentiated service offerings, and partner ecosystems. Successful candidates are strong solution sellers who can lead ambiguity, bring together cross‑capability teams, and guide senior client stakeholders through outcome‑focused, multi‑disciplinary transformation conversations. This role leads holistic solutioning across pursuits, ensuring integrated solutions are commercially sound, outcome‑driven, and designed to be delivered as sold in close partnership with solution and delivery leaders.
This role is open to a Senior Sales Executive and Sales Director level.
What You’ll Do
- Originate, shape, and close complex transformation opportunities spanning multiple service offerings, capabilities, and partners
- Partner with Client Partners, Market Leaders, Integrated Solution Leaders, Capability GTM leaders, and Alliance teams to pursue integrated client solutions
- Engage senior client stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into cohesive product, platform, and experience transformation strategies
- Lead solutioning and sales strategy for pursuits, ensuring offerings are outcome‑driven, differentiated, and deliverable
- Identify and develop opportunities across new and existing clients without being limited to a single industry or account alignment
- Leverage Slalom sales platforms to drive forecasting, pipeline visibility, and pursuit collaboration
- Nurture relationships with Alliance Partners to co‑create and position differentiated solutions
- Collaborate with consultants and solution leaders to bring the best of Slalom’s capabilities to clients
- Represent Slalom in client forums, workshops, and marketing events focused on transformation and innovation
- Mentor and collaborate with other sellers across markets and sales roles
- Consistently deliver on an annual sales quota
What You’ll Bring
- 10-15+ years of experience in a direct sales or business development role within consulting, professional services, or technology‑led transformation
- Demonstrated success originating and closing complex, multi‑service engagements
- Experience selling product, digital, platform, or enterprise transformation solutions
- Strong executive presence with the ability to lead senior‑level client conversations
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets over multiple years
- Comfort operating across industries, offerings, and internal teams without formal authority
- Experience navigating complex pursuits involving multiple stakeholders and partners
- Curiosity, creativity, and a mindset focused on the art of the possible
- A high degree of self‑motivation and accountability

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: Sr. Sales Executive and Sales Director. The targeted base salary pay range for the Sales Director role is $156,000 to $234,000 and for the Senior Sales Executive role the targeted base pay range is $132,000 to $197,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
