Who You’ll Work With

A member of our People Business Partner team, the Sr. Analyst is a hands-on role where you are part of a team responsible for providing HR-related administrative and analytical support to our People Business Partner team, leaders, and team members.

The Senior Analyst's primary responsibility is supporting HR related requests, proactive reporting, and process improvement related to our Global People Team process that supports our team members. This team will collaborate with the Centers of Excellence (COEs), PeopleOne, and People Business Partners (PBPs) as appropriate. To complete this work, you will interact with our team members at varying levels within the organization, supporting them by conducting research, analysis, and documentation. You'll be a valuable resource for team members, providing guidance and support to empower team members on a variety of HR queries.

The Senior Analyst will report to the Senior Director, People Business Partnerships. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform as a key contributor to the People Business Partner function supporting our go-to-market teams and technology capability teams.
  • Collaborate with PBPs, People Services, team members, COEs and people leaders by executing tasks and providing specific team member and program support.
  • Provide support to team members with an HR inquiry that requires personalized support or high touch.
  • Support our Accommodations and Leave of Absence process in partnership with our Global People Team, vendor, the team member, their people leader, and PBPs as needed.
  • Maintain employee data, distribution lists, trackers, & resources. Proactively flag upcoming deadlines, risks, etc. to PBPs.
  • Draft and send large-scale communications around cyclical talent processes & compliance trainings.
  • Support PBPs with reporting requests for people health data.
  • Identify opportunities to use approvedAI tools to gain efficiencies and impactful results.
  • Provide performance support to people leaders for routine performance concerns.
  • Provide program support for key employee initiatives such as performance, compensation, and promotion cycles.
  • Provide employee relations support for employee-level grievances and workplace concerns. Ensure proper documentation and partnership with the People Business Partner.
  • Act as an escalation point for HR inquiries from employees where People Services requires additional support before involving PBPs.
  • Ensure continuous process improvement and collaborate with PBPS and COEs for execution.
  • Assist with documentation of internal processes and controls; contribute to knowledge base content creation.
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, state, and federal regulations

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-3 years of proven experience working as an HR Generalist or within HR Teams demonstrating expanding responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, professional, global business environment
  • Experience in international and matrixed organizations
  • Ability to listen to a team member, leader, PBP, or COE, identify core issues, and collaborate with the right stakeholders to drive effective solutions
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively depending on a scenario to drive to resolution
  • Adapt to evolving expectations and develop solutions to complex problems
  • Seek out expertise and input of others to enhance quality of deliverables
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and cultural practices in region of support.
  • Strong technical skills: Proficiency with Workday or comparable HCM, case management tools such as ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office suite. Foundational Excel skills such as lookups and pivot tables required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work discreetly on confidential issues.
  • Attention to detail with a passion for excellent customer service; resourceful with a natural investigative curiosity
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality or accuracy
  • Continuous learning and desire to expand skills and knowledge
  • Interest and aptitude to embrace AI tools and process improvements

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
