About the Role

As a Machine Learning Architect, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will be the architect behind our next-generation AI/ML solutions, designing and implementing robust systems that integrate seamlessly into our user and business applications.

This is a highly impactful role where you will tackle complex business challenges using cutting-edge technologies. You will own the architecture of our ML pipelines and drive innovation across modern Generative AI, computer vision, and deep learning frameworks.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement scalable, production-ready AI/ML solutions from the ground up, driving the integration of LLMs through advanced prompt engineering and prompt flows. You will leverage a sophisticated tech stack—utilising tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, Scikit-learn, and Kubeflow to build and deploy robust models, while collaborating closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to transform complex business requirements into intelligent, real-world application features.

What you'll bring

As a senior level consultant in the AI/ML space, you'll bring a proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade machine learning solutions, backed by a deep understanding of neural networks, computer vision, and modern Generative AI. You possess hands-on expertise with framework staples like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, alongside the practical know-how to orchestrate models using MLflow and Kubeflow and integrate complex LLM applications. Crucially, as a consultant, you must combine this technical depth with a strong client-facing presence and high emotional intelligence; you are adept at managing diverse stakeholders, guiding clients through AI readiness, and acting as a trusted advisor. You bring exceptional analytical problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous business challenges into elegant, scalable architecture, coupled with the agility to pivot seamlessly between diverse industries, project scopes, and fast-paced client environments.
