Who You’ll Work With
At Slalom, our Delivery capability is the engine that powers transformation. We are the connective tissue across all capabilities, bringing strategy to life through execution that is rigorous, adaptive, and outcome-driven.
You’ll join a community of delivery professionals who thrive in complexity and are passionate about making things happen. Our teams lead high-impact initiatives across industries, partnering with clients to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and deliver results that matter. Whether it’s a multi-workstream transformation or a product launch, we bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every engagement.
We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, tailoring delivery approaches to meet them where they are, whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid. Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of business and technology projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, business outcomes, and Slalom's delivery standards.
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent AI initiatives, translating approved priorities into integrated project plans with clear timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and business stakeholders to drive execution from planning through production deployment and post-launch stabilization, ensuring AI solutions are delivered predictably and effectively.
- Apply agile methodologies to drive iterative progress, foster collaboration, and adapt quickly to evolving business and technology needs.
- Define project scope, timelines, resource needs, and success measures in partnership with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
- Oversee project execution through effective resource coordination, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, proactively escalating issues that may impact delivery commitments.
- Establish and maintain strong project governance, including delivery plans, RAID logs, executive status reporting, deployment readiness assessments, cutover planning, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate decision-making by providing transparent reporting, surfacing tradeoffs, and ensuring leaders have clear visibility into project health, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques, such as generative AI for documentation, predictive analytics for forecasting, and automation for reporting and project management activities, to improve delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support business development through scoping, estimation, and proposal contributions, while mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of Slalom's delivery and AI capabilities.
What You’ll Bring
- Project, program, product, or delivery management experience leading complex business and technology initiatives in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Proven success delivering technology, digital transformation, data, analytics, AI, or business modernization initiatives from planning through deployment and post-launch stabilization.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs, balancing competing priorities, navigating dependencies, and driving execution across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies, with the ability to apply the appropriate approach based on client and delivery needs.
- Experience in solution ownership, product ownership, product management, and agile delivery, with the ability to effectively partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage integrated project plans, dependency maps, risk management processes, governance frameworks, and executive-level status reporting.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical organizations, including Engineering, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Product Management, and Digital Transformation teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence decisions, build alignment, and communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve delivery effectiveness, automate workflows, enhance reporting, and increase team productivity.
- Ability to lead initiatives through deployment readiness, cutover planning, change management, operational readiness, and post-go-live support.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Pragmatic Institute, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or equivalent certifications are a plus.
