From strategy through delivery, our agile teams across 52 offices in 12 countries collaborate with clients to bring powerful customer experiences, innovative ways of working, and new products and services to life. We are trusted by leaders across the Global 1000, many successful enterprise and mid-market companies, and 500+ public sector organizations to improve operations, drive growth, and create value.
In the Integrated Solutioning Lead role, you’ll work with Mid America senior leadership, industry client partners, sales executives, market capability go-to-market leaders, client delivery leaders, and specialized solution teams to support Slalom’s most complex client solutioning and delivery work. We are hiring for either a Director or Sr. Director-level Integrated Solutioning Lead, with scope and expectations aligned to experience and leadership track record. You will serve as a connective leader across domains and functions, helping teams interpret client business problems, understand how solution offerings overlap, and design integrated, outcome-oriented solutions that create measurable value.
What You’ll Do
- Lead integrated solutioning for complex client opportunities: Translate ambiguous business challenges into cohesive solutions spanning strategy, technology, operations, data, AI, experience, and delivery.
- Own solution development across strategic pursuits: Serve as the solution lead or steward for complex, multi-capability opportunities, ensuring solutions align with client outcomes and Slalom’s pursuit standards.
- Connect Slalom’s capabilities and offerings: Bring together the right capabilities, accelerators, industry expertise, alliance partners, and delivery approaches to address each client’s highest-value needs.
- Shape solutions around measurable business outcomes: Create a clear connection between executive priorities, solution components, delivery approach, value realization, and measurable impact.
- Build trusted client relationships: Help senior stakeholders clarify priorities, evaluate options, and connect Slalom’s capabilities to long-term value.
- Mobilize teams and drive alignment: Facilitate internal and client working sessions to resolve ambiguity, align competing priorities, and establish a shared solution direction.
- Support delivery excellence and market growth: Transition solutions into delivery with clear intent and quality expectations while contributing insights to account planning, business reviews, and broader growth priorities.
What You’ll Bring
- Multidisciplinary consulting leadership: 10+ years of experience across consulting, solution leadership, transformation, delivery, or business development, with the ability to operate across multiple domains and capabilities.
- Integrated solution design experience: A track record of translating complex business problems into cohesive solutions spanning areas such as strategy, technology, data, AI, cloud, customer experience, and operating model.
- Strong business problem interpretation: The ability to uncover the underlying client need, frame the right problem, and connect solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Executive presence and facilitation skills: Experience engaging senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, aligning competing perspectives, and communicating complex ideas clearly and credibly.
- Pursuit and delivery fluency: Experience supporting complex pursuits, proposals, SOW development, solution reviews, and delivery mobilization, with an understanding of how solution decisions affect execution.
- Cross-functional leadership: The ability to mobilize experts across capability, industry, alliance, and delivery teams while building trust and alignment among stakeholders.
- An adaptive, outcome-oriented mindset: Comfort operating without a set playbook, tailoring your approach to the client and opportunity, and coaching others on solution quality, delivery readiness, and executive communication.
