What You’ll Do

  • Lead planning, execution, and governance of large-scale, enterprise-wide integration programs.
  • Drive the integration of Medicare business operations, systems, processes, and organizational capabilities into the broader enterprise ecosystem.
  • Partner with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, and external stakeholders to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership.
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between business, operational, technology, compliance, and regulatory teams.
  • Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and interdependencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establish program governance structures and ensure successful execution against strategic objectives.


What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale business transformations, mergers, acquisitions, or integration programs.
  • Healthcare industry experience required.
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at the executive and senior leadership levels.
  • Demonstrated success driving planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing program budgets, timelines, dependencies, and organizational change.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare Payor experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Medicare operations, products, regulatory requirements, and business processes.
  • Experience supporting Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, or related business lines.
  • Previous experience with post-acquisition integrations, particularly in healthcare organizations.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The targeted pay range is $70-85/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
