Role: Senior Integration Developer 


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with clients to assess business requirements, existing systems, and API portfolios, identifying integration challenges     and recommending solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and present architecture and solution options.
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure integration and API solutions, including architecture blueprints, API gateways, and migration strategies.
  • Create detailed technical specifications (e.g., API designs, message schemas, data mappings) and lead end-to-end implementation using middleware and integration tools.
  • Oversee development, testing, and deployment of integration and API components, ensuring alignment with client expectations and best practices
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and hands-on troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in integration and API technologies, offering best practices and continuous optimization guidance.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks or issues to project and client teams.
  • Configure and integrate AI services into workflows, APIs, and automation platforms under guidance. 
  • Assist in prompt design, evaluation, and iteration to improve reliability, accuracy, and business relevance of AI-driven capabilities. 
  • Support testing, validation, and monitoring of AI-enabled integrations, including handling edge cases, failures, and model limitations. 
  • Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and documentation related to AI-enabled integration patterns. 

What You’ll Bring     

  • Extensive experience in integration architecture, design, and development, ideally in a consulting environment.
  • Proficiency with integration and middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, Informatica, Celigo, SnapLogic, Azure Integration Services, Apache Camel, Solace, Google Integration Services).
  • Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Apigee Edge/X, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, Kong).
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, REST/SOAP services, and message queuing.
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and testing APIs, with familiarity in cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and programming in Python or Java.
  •  Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and ESB/SOA concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled services such as text generation, summarization, classification, extraction, or conversational interfaces. 
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and techniques with ability to iterate prompts based on testing and feedback. 
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn in a fast-evolving AI ecosystem. 
  •  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Relevant certifications in integration technologies preferred.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
