This role focuses on client implementations of workflow automations and integrations using the Adobe Workfront Fusion platform to support work in a variety of industries and could expand to other software solutions. We are part of the Enterprise Adobe team, which supports clients all over the globe.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client work design and improvement efforts by:
- Digging deep into client processes and recommending opportunities for workflow automation
- Configuring Workfront Fusion to support enhanced workflows and better, more efficient ways of working using existing and custom-developed Fusion modules
- Train clients in Workfront Fusion usage and ensure smooth handoff after go-live
- Ensure clients have what they need to be comfortable with Workfront and any integrated technologies
- Communicate clearly why a particular feature or customization will or won’t be used
- Travel up to 25%, mostly at the beginning of client engagements and at training/handoff
What You’ll Bring
- Two to three years of Workfront Fusion Experience as an implementation lead or a key member of a Workfront engagement team.
- One year of Workfront Fusion experience defining and building custom scenarios to automate tasks and integrate with both Adobe and external applications
- Certification in Workfront at the Fusion Developer level
- Experience with additional workflow automation solutions such as Power Automate and Workato a plus
- You would enjoy this role if you are passionate about solving problems and implementing enterprise software platforms to solve customer needs with easier adaption to meet business needs (via a point and click approach) as opposed to a traditional software engineering solution.
