Location: 1-2 days onsite weekly in Seattle, WA

Who You’ll Work With

At Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. Our vision is to enable a world in which everyone loves their work and life. We help organizations of all kinds redefine what’s possible, give shape to the future—and get there.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Integration Management Office (IMO): Serve as overall integration lead, coordinating functional teams and newly acquired employees through each stage of integration.
  • Own integration planning and execution: Develop and manage detailed work plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams (functional and go-to-market).
  • Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner closely with HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Ops, Marketing and other teams to ensure integration goals are clear, interdependencies are managed, and decisions are made quickly.
  • Provide transparency and accountability: Deliver regular updates, scorecards, and executive summaries to senior leadership. Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and ensure clear ownership of deliverables.
  • Measure success: Define key performance metrics aligned with transaction value drivers and synergy goals. Manage overall score carding and insights for closed acquisitions.
  • Foster cultural integration: Collaborate with the People Team to align processes, communication, and culture between client and acquired teams.
  • Continuously improve: Conduct post-integration reviews, identify lessons learned, and evolve integration playbooks, tools, and best practices.
  • Lead through influence: Navigate ambiguity, drive alignment across stakeholder groups, and ensure integration success without formal authority.

What You’ll Bring

  • 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of advanced education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in strategy, operations, or M&A integrations roles.
  • Strong understanding of M&A processes, integration frameworks, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and large-scale organizational change.
  • Demonstrated success resolving ambiguous or novel challenges through influence, structure, and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or technology industries preferred.
  • Global or multinational business experience is a plus.
  • Occasional travel including international travel may be required.
