Location: Sunnyvale, CA (3 days onsite per week required)

What You’ll Do

·        Lead end-to-end change management for enterprise transformation programs, preferably in a cross-functional setting. 

·        Hands-on development building change content (e.g., training guides, toolkits, playbooks, websites, etc.).

·        Proven ability to integrate communications, training, and feedback looks in a unified adoption journey. 

·        Managing both strategic planning and hands on execution of OCM deliverables. 

What You’ll Bring

·        Ability to design and execute comprehensive change strategies aligned with business goals.

·        Skilled in identifying how changes affect employees, processes and workflows. 

·        Proficiency in diagnosing resistance and applying targeted strategies to overcome it.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $60/hr to $75/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
